Help Desk

The Information Technology Services Department provides assistance for all technology issues to ICC students and employees. While we do not maintain a formally staffed "help desk", we do strive to assist users on a one-on-one basis when requested. ITS is responsible for supporting all campus owned computer hardware and software, network infrastructure, telecommunications equipment, print/copy/fax devices, multimedia equipment and security systems.

Students are welcome to use their own laptops on campus, and we provide both wireless Internet access and printing capabilities. Our staff has a "hands off" policy for non-College owned equipment, but we do provide support to students in the form of coaching. Students just need to bring their computer to our work area in the library and our staff will be happy to work with them resolve problems with their computers.

This page is located on the D2L Brightspace Support site. Learners (students) can access answers to common questions, discussion topics, and tutorials as well as contact Brightspace.

This is the Minnesota State system-wide D2L Brightspace HelpDesk site. They support all 32 state-supported technical colleges, community colleges, and state universities. Individuals can use the site for self-help by accessing the frequently asked questions (FAQs), live help (chat), and submitting incidents online (Ask a Question).
