Tutoring Services


The Academic Resource Center (ARC) at Itasca Community College provides a supportive learning environment for all students. 

We offer a wide range of services including

  • peer and professional tutoring
  • tutor-facilitated study groups
  • supplemental instruction (SI)
  • assisted labs
  • study skills workshops 

In addition, we provide resources such as

  •  learning styles inventories
  •  links to helpful Web sites

Our primary purpose in the ARC is to help students become independent, successful learners who can achieve their educational goals.
