You can pay by using a check or money order made payable to Itasca Community College or by calling the ICC Business Office with credit card information (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) 218-322-2310.

The request must include the following:

• Your complete address
• The complete addresse(s) of where we need to send the transcript 
• Your social security number
• A phone number of where we can reach you 
• Your signature

You can not request a transcript by phone or e-mail...we need your signature. Itasca does not fax transcripts to other schools or student. They are sent through the mail

Need an Unofficial Transcript?

• Go back to the student page
• Click on eServices
• Enter your ICC Student Number (Tech ID)
• Enter your six digit PIN number
• Login
• Select Grades and Transcripts
• Click on Academic Record
• Select course print order
• Click get Academic Record
• Print record and log out

Note: Transcripts for classes taken before 1980 may need to be requested from the ICC Student Services Office. 218-322-2320
