ICC Foundation Scholarship
Welcome to the 2010-2011 Itasca Community College Foundation Scholarship page.
Please review all of the information on this page as it is important to the application process.
Application Deadline: Application is Closed
The application will not be available after the deadline. All additional materials, such as FAFSA results, recommendations, transcripts, etc. must be received in the Financial Aid Office by 4:30 PM on March 5th.
All scholarship applications require an essay. Your essay must answer the question: "Why are you a good candidate to receive this award?". HINT: Type your essay in a document where you can use spell check, easily proofread and make corrections. Then copy and paste your essay into the scholarship application.
Some scholarships are based on academic achievement, therefore we require your most recent GPA. If you are not currently an ICC student, we must verify your GPA using your most recent high school or college (other than ICC) transcript. These must be submitted to the Student Services Office by the deadline. It is your responsibility to make sure that the Student Services Office has a copy of your transcript(s) in your scholarship file; do not assume that any other office on campus will send a copy of your transcript(s) to the Student Services Office.
For scholarships based on financial need, you must have a FAFSA on file at ICC by the deadline. To complete your 2010-2011 FAFSA go to www.fafsa.gov.
Please review the scholarship details at the link below. This contains important information about each scholarship.
