Examples of Customized Training:

We designed and developed Systematic Technical Training Programs. Training for operations ranging from CNC machining and inspection to the assembly and packaging of products was provided. Writing in Word for Windows, we combined digital photography and graphic design to create consistent and functional documents and presentations. Well-designed work instructions and procedures fulfilled requirements for the ISO certification process. Clear digital photos were inserted easily in to PowerPoint, making attention-getting training presentations. We added computerized testing and created a training system to support assessment, certification and proven worker performance. Our most recent clients are Cummins/Onan and LifeFitness.

One of our creations is a program called Training Clips, which provides a new and different way to learn and share knowledge. Each training clip is designed to be presented in three to seven minutes by and for employees at, for example, shift or department meetings. Select from generic topics such as Interpersonal Skills, Measurement, Medical, Print Reading, Quality-ISO, Safety, Team Building and Training or customize topics specific to your company such as, Benefits, Documentation, Orientation, Payroll, Policies, Products, Emergency Procedures and Supplier Information.
