Customized Training at Itasca Community College developed and delivered
customized harassment training for a large, local company. The training dealt
specifically with the company's own harassment procedure, which is necessary to
protect employees and employers from harassment. Training included one hour sessions for
production employees and one and one-half hour sessions for management.
