Customized Training What Is Customized Training?A Customized Training Representative from Itasca Community College can be your company's single-source training partner, providing all your training needs. A single phone call to one of our representatives will give you access to resources statewide through the MnSCU system (Minnesota State Colleges and Universities). MnSCU is a network of 36 colleges and universities throughout Minnesota that share resources to provide education and training. Through this network we can provide training for soft skills, technical skills, computer skills and other skills.
Customized Training at Itasca Community College can help you assess your organization's training needs, increase your current employees' skills and train or retrain employees. We are flexible and responsive. Programs can be designed for college credit, certification or continuing education. Customized training is designed to fit individual business needs with flexible schedules, on campus or on site, during the day, evening or weekends.
Computer training can take place at the Downtown Computer Education Center or at your site, utilizing our mobile computer lab.
Continuing, lifelong education is the cornerstone of a safe, vital, productive workforce. A high performance organization requires highly trained and competent people. Customized training can help companies reach these goals.
Customized Training works with business and industry to match training needs with quality instruction. We connect learning and work through applied workplace education.
