Welcome Parents

As a parent of a student who has been accepted for admission to ICC, you probably have many questions. This page is designed with parents in mind. We hope to answer your questions as well as give you additional information about parenting college students. General information about the Grand Rapids area also is provided here. Twice a year we also publish a Parent's Newsletter on this page.

Parent Day at ICC

In Fall 2010, Parent's weekend starts on Friday, September 17 with volleyball in Mullins gym starting at 6:30 p.m. The Itasca Women Vikings vs Central Lakes Community College. On  Saturday, September 18, volleyball continues at noon in the gym. There will also be lunch be in the Viking Grill @ noon ($3.50 per person) with a short information session followed by campus tours and free tickets to the 1:30 pm football game at Legion Field. There will be prize drawings for parents and students. Plan now to come and enjoy a weekend at Itasca in Fall 2010.
